Casino

Normally I love going to Crown, it's something I do often for small family get togethers.I have never found any problems or reasons to complain but on my most recent trip (January 2023) this was not the case.I dined at Atrium for a birthday lunch hoping it would be enjoyable, unfortunately that didn't happen I had a small issue with the variety of food, however this time it was the staff who were not helpful and forcing dinners out with misinformation about session times.I tried to inform the reception staff of this and they refused to hear what I was saying, instead they spoke over me and only after I paid they said my group could stay and enjoy ourselves a little more.At this stage what is the point. I will definitely be thinking twice before I done at Atrium again.

Looking forward to going. Well now that we have been... It was good. Rooms are nice and clean. Foods good. Casino was good. Didn't spend much time in the casino. Friend's passing thru town so it was a good place to catch up.

This review refers to the Car Park and lack of general signage within the complex (not the Casino itself which I have not visited)It's unclear on arrival whether a free or ticketed car park. Only one small sign in acres of car park to indicate the direction to a walkway entrance (see pic).No 'Way Finder' signage on arrival up escalators. ie a useful 'You are Here' map. Hard to find signage directional anywhere. Would suggest perhaps an App Map that can be installed on phones via a signposted/prominent QR code. Or a simple Flyer.Once inside, poor signage throughout.The main car park is also poorly signposted on Exit with only one small Way Out sign to be found in that massive expanse

Visited Silks for dinner on a Sunday night, and it was pretty quiet. Same with the casino, with most games tables closed.Food at Silks is good and the service is excellent and the bill is very pricey. It's great for dinner if someone else is paying.

If you are looking for a fabulous night these guys are ones to book. Michelle was always fast to respond with any questions and travelled to busselton for our junior rugby club fundraiser. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to host a casino night!! Very professional but fun too. Hopefully we will see you again next year !!!

I loved and enjoyed my stay. It was a birthday treat for me, and I am glad I took the time off to experience this. The spa session for 2 hours was heavenly and relaxing. Good customer service and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

Took a bus to reach this casino during evening and it is a quite a distance from the bus stop to reach the casino.Then, went to the food court with only 3 stalls (Subway, McD and Noodles Box) serving the customers and because the bin area already full, paper bags and trash are left on the tables, which is unacceptable.Inside the casino, spacious and comfortable, good air circulation. Had a few games and went to sit at the lounge area to listen to live music and sip a glass of beer, reasonable price and friendly bar tender.

Went to Moulin Rouge which was fantastic. Seats were very comfortable. Had a few bets, lost, but was entertaining with our croupier being so delightful, my daughter had a little win, enjoyed a few cocktails, very delicious then had dinner at the Atrium. Expensive but everything is top class and every taste catered for. Nothing but a 5 star evening. Thoroughly recommend the experience.
